### Announcement: Distributor Territory Protection Policy

We would like to inform our valued customers and partners about our Distributor Territory Protection Policy. To ensure fair market practices and support our authorized distributors, we have implemented a policy that restricts the sale of our products by unauthorized distributors in certain areas.

If a street or region already has an authorized distributor with whom we have signed an agreement, we will not permit any new unauthorized distributors to sell our products in that area.

Please note that the following regions are no longer accepting new distributors:

- Óbidos, Portugal
- KOS, Greece
- Nicaragua, Nicaragua
- Sint Maarten/Dutch Saint Martin
