Shipping Information:

We offer different shipping options depending on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on these factors and will be automatically displayed at checkout once you have entered your shipping address. Here are the available shipping methods:

1. Portugal Post: Delivery times are approximately 2-4 weeks within the EU and 4-7 weeks outside the EU. This is an economical option for customers who are not in a rush.

2. DHL and FedEx Express: These are faster options for customers who need their products to be delivered within a week. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but they are typically faster than Portugal Post.

3. DPD Express: This option is only available for shipping within the EU and has a delivery time of approximately 1-1.5 weeks.

4. DPD/GLS Express: This option is only available for shipping within Portugal and Spain and has a delivery time of approximately 0.5-1 week.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and other factors.

• Please note that order preparation requires a minimum of 1-2 business days. In cases of special circumstances, we will communicate with you prior to shipment.

• The shipping time is calculated based on when the package is ready and dispatched, not from the date of order placement.

• All Portuguese public holidays and weekends are excluded from the processing and shipping times.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. If a product is marked with "Free Shipping," you will not need to pay for shipping. For orders over €100, we use DHL/FedEx/DPD.

RETURN POLICY

Within 14 days of purchase, we accept returns/exchanges for new and unused merchandise.

Please note the following scenarios:

1. If you simply changed your mind and the product is not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for returned items.
2. If you receive a damaged item upon arrival, please promptly email us with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist you in completing the return shipping label (we will cover the shipping costs) or provide a replacement item.
