Shipping Information

We offer several shipping methods depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Postal Service (for parcels under 2 kg)
This is an economical option for small packages.

  • EU countries: estimated delivery time 2–4 weeks
  • Outside the EU: estimated delivery time 4–7 weeks
    This option is recommended for customers who are not in a hurry.

Air Express (such as DHL or FedEx)
This is a faster shipping option for customers who need their order delivered quickly.
Delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Road Express (such as DPD)
This shipping method is available within the European Union only.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days.

Correos Express
This option is available only within Portugal and Spain.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Please note that all delivery times listed above are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and other external factors.


Additional Information

  • Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
  • In special circumstances, we will contact you before shipping your order.
  • Shipping times are calculated from the date the package is dispatched, not from the order date.
  • Portuguese public holidays and weekends are not counted as processing or shipping days.

Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for new and unused items within 14 days of purchase.

Please note the following conditions:

Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind and the product has no defects, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately by email and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Your order number

We will assist you with the return process and either provide a replacement item or a return shipping label (covered by us).
