Unfortunately the strap on these are way to short,they don’t fit anyone thts tried them,some that tried them were really tiny people but still they were way to short

This bag is designed as a waist bag, and the shoulder strap is fully adjustable to 110 cm (110 cm is just the shoulder strap portion; the total length, including the waist bag itself, is approximately 140 cm). This is our current standard maximum length for waist bags based on common market sizes.
Have you adjusted the shoulder strap to its maximum length? When fully extended, the shoulder strap length is approximately 110 cm.
Of course, we fully understand that different markets and customers may have different size preferences, especially since some customers may prefer a crossbody style or require a longer shoulder strap.
