 Tax & Duty Responsibilities & Consequences of Non-Payment

    1. Tax & Duty Responsibility: For orders outside the EU, you may be liable for customs duties and customs clearance fees. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office.
    2. Customs Clearance Note: Customs may cause delivery delays. You are responsible for all customs duties and customs clearance fees charged by the customs authorities of the destination country.
    3. Consequences of Non-Payment:
      • If you refuse to pay taxes/duties and the package is returned: You (the buyer) shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
      • If the package is destroyed or abandoned by customs due to unpaid taxes/duties: No refund will be issued.
