Taxes
Taxes depend on the destination country and the buyer’s status.
Customers within the European Union

Business customers with a valid VAT number may qualify for VAT exemption (reverse charge) according to EU regulations.

Private customers without a VAT number will have VAT applied according to their country’s VAT rate, in accordance with EU tax regulations.
Customers outside the European Union
Orders shipped outside the EU are exempt from EU VAT.
However, please note that your country may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Invoices
After your order is completed, we will usually issue your invoice within 3-5 business days.
The invoice will be generated based on the billing information provided during checkout and will be sent to your email address. Please remember to check both your inbox and spam folder.
If you need to update your invoice information, please contact us within the same month of purchase.
Unfortunately, due to accounting regulations, we are unable to modify invoices after the month in which the order was placed.
