However, the package was randomly inspected by Portuguese customs during transit, and they requested additional documents. Therefore, your package only arrived on the 20th. This delay was due to uncontrollable factors (special circumstances) caused by customs inspection, and the probability of this happening is low. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To express our sincerity, if you place another order later, we will provide some additional fabric samples as compensation.
