DO NOT BUY FROM MB CORK. I purchased a purse from them. I was, instead, sent out a reusable water bottle. When I contacted them, I was told it can't be from them and I must be mistaken, as they don't sell water bottles. I sent them photographic proof that the label on the parcel has the same customer number as was issued to me by their company, and also pointed out that I haven't purchased from anywhere else that uses Iberomail as a courier. Additionally, the postage label stated that the package contained ceramic ornaments/figurines (in Spanish), not a purse or a fashion item. They have now stopped responding to my emails without an explanation, providing a refund or a replacement. Only selected one star as zero wasn't an option.
